The text consists of six verses,Three of them were excerpted from three famous poets: Borges, Baudelaire <Le balcon> and Pablo Neruda <Twenty Love Poems and A Song of Despair>. The rest were written by me.This juxtaposition creates a historical connection between the three poets of the 「past」 and the 「I」 of 「present」. There are the 「past」 and the 「present」, then the 「future」 is also introduced in it. These lines are taken from the original verses and recombined, so that the inherent Romanticity is erased from them, and the semantic subjectivity is however emphasised. At last, what come out of it are six slogan-like phrases. Humans place their hopes onto the future, yet because of the emptiness of the 「future」, they linger in an illusory awaitedness towards it. All these phrases foresee human’s life and their inner world in a future society in which their intricate emotions show through: anxiety, uneasiness, loneliness…

文字由六句詩句組成,其中三句分別摘抄於三位著名的詩人:博爾赫斯(Borges)、波德萊爾(Baudelaire《陽台(Le balcon)》)和聶魯達(Pablo Neruda《二十首情詩和一首絕望的歌(Twenty Love Poems and A Song of Despair)》),另外是我寫的三個句子。
